How to claim a refill

  1. Find your order in Order History and note the order ID.
  2. Click Request Refill on that order (or open a ticket at Support with your order ID).
  3. We compare the delivered count against the current count and refill the difference — usually within 24–72 hours.

The details

  • The guarantee restores drops — it tops your count back up to what you ordered. It doesn't add extra beyond your original quantity.
  • Coverage runs for 60–90 days from completion, depending on the service.
  • To keep a claim valid, please keep your profile public and avoid running the same service through another provider at the same time — overlapping orders make drops impossible to verify.
  • The guarantee applies while the service remains available from our supply network.
  • If we ever can't complete or refill an order, we refund your Boost Zone wallet in full.
